Product Availability

Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, delivery is subject to stock availability.
If an item is unavailable to fulfil your order, we will contact you by telephone or email.
In such cases, we can order the piece especially for you, suggest an alternative design that is currently in stock, or cancel the order if preferred.

Our team will always strive to ensure your order is completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Payment

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro.
Payment is securely processed upon confirmation of your order via email.

Returns Policy

You may return your purchase within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.

All items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all protective materials, tags, and stickers intact, and accompanied by all original accessories and documentation.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that have been customized, worn, used, altered, or damaged. Should a returned piece show signs of wear or modification from its original state, we reserve the right to decline the return or adjust the refund amount accordingly.

Every returned product will undergo strict Quality Control to ensure it meets our return standards. If the item passes inspection, we will proceed with the refund or exchange. If it does not meet our requirements, the piece will be returned to you.

Complimentary Repairs

Great news! ZEVU offers complimentary repairs on all of our creations for up to 10 years.
Please note that while repairs are free of charge, return shipping costs are not included.
