All products featured on our website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms from time to time. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions, photographs, and prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, as many ZEVU creations are handcrafted using natural gemstones, variations in color and appearance may occur.
Such variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and do not constitute defects.
Pricing
All prices are listed in the relevant currency as displayed on our website and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before confirming the order.
Orders
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our
discretion. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your purchase. In the event that a product is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and offer an alternative, back-order, or full refund.
Payment
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. Payment is securely processed upon confirmation of your order via email. All transactions are encrypted and handled through verified payment gateways to ensure your information remains protected.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination. We aim to dispatch in-stock pieces within 3‒5 business days, while bespoke or made-to-order pieces may take longer. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. ZEVU is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns Policy
You may return your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, with all protective materials, tags, and documents intact. Customized, worn, or altered pieces cannot be returned. All returns are subject to quality control inspection before a refund or exchange is processed. If a returned item does not meet our QC standards, it will be returned to you.
Complimentary Services
ZEVU offers complimentary repairs on all creations up to 10 years, however, return shipping costs are not included. Every piece is presented in our signature packaging, complimentary with every purchase.
